I love Speck cases

I’m really good at dropping my iThings, and that’s why I buy Speck cases. I have dropped both these devices on tile floors uncountable times. No damage. Worth every penny. (I went cheap for my iPod Touch case a long time ago, and shattered the glass within two weeks.)

My iPad has been cradled in a Speck Balance Folio since the day I got it. In fact, I waited until Speck made a case for the 2019 iPad mini before I purchased the tablet. (I’ll admit that case 1 got super sloppy after 12 months so it’s in its second case.)

My iPhone is in a Presidio Grip case that’s indigo with hot pink highlights. MyGuy carefully razored off enough highlights to fit my PopSocket on to the back.

the folio looks very pretty. I can't be trusted with anything less than an Otterbox type deal on my phone (I've been known to punt a phone across a room) but I like to hand-design my tough cases on zazzle:

I still buy Speck cases (I have the exact same one as you for my iPhone), but I haven't forgiven them for stopping making the iPad one with a handle on the back that you saw me use at Wiscon.

Nice! I also have a Speck balance for my iPad. Less worry, also more standy-uppy options so I don't have to aggravate my RSI (which is normally fine but then *gestures at new nearly all virtual existence*)

oh thank you thank you thank you. I am a lifelong klutz and my handed-down-to-me iPad already has a minute crack across the screen, making me terrified to use it, but it’s also my only internet access. But previous research into cases gave very conflicting reviews.
